Hello Tuesday! It’s sunny and gorgeous here in Texas this week. It makes me want to move outside and camp in my back yard. I also switched the blog over to WordPress!! So, I hope this post makes it to you ha!! Not a CLUE what I’m doing so hang with me as I work out some kinks but so far I’m loving it. My hope is that once I get a clue it will make the blog easier for you to navigate. Oh! And Lila is potty training this week. hallelujah praise Jesus Amen!! IT IS FINALLY HAPPENING. She’s stubborn as a mule and will hold her pee….at 2 1/2 ALL DAY LONG. I kid you not. It’ll drive you insane. This will be day #4 so I’m hoping this is it ya’ll. Ok, enough chit chat let’s move on to arms!!
I posted a pic from my workout yesterday and had a sweet reader ask for an arm workout. So, I’m trying to deliver. First let me just clarify something. I’m not typically someone who walks into the gym and focusses on one isolated body part. I don’t really like training that way and personally don’t think it’s as effective as a workout that works different muscles at the same time. Muscles work in groups. That said, I do have days where I put more focus on upper or lower body as I go through my workout. For example if I’m focussing more on legs I’ll include hills and sprints into my cardio, and include more lower body exercises during my strength session, but I don’t exclude arms, back and core completely. So, today it’s a focus more on arms. However, you’ll notice there are a few core and lower body exercises thrown in to make it more interesting. I don’t want you to get bored now.
I thought we needed flower’s since it’s officially Spring!! Ok, enjoy this workout. I’ll be spending the day in front of my computer playing with the blog, neglecting the 12 loads of laundry and dirty toilets. Happy Tuesday ya’ll!!
Do you have a favorite arm workout or routine?
